Returns Policy

Returns are only allowed if products have been damaged in transit.
We do accept returns based on ‘change of mind’, colour assessment, miss calculation on size of
product etc. We have presented as clear photography as possible, although we cannot accept how
this may appear on your screen, so please also pay particular attention to the product description to
help you choose your products purchases.

DAMAGES
In the unfortunate experience of damage, please report within 24 hours of delivery with
photographic evidence. Communication outside of this period will be deemed as could have
happened after the delivery event.
If the damage to the packaging is severe upon receipt? you are at liberty to refuse the delivery. You
will need to take photographic evidence to send to us if this is the case.
If the damage is minor and the product is likely to be ok (we hope) and you continue to accept the
goods. Please write when signing your name on the delivery sheet ‘Damaged Box. Unchecked’
Photo Evidence – You must provide the following images
1. photo evidence of the damaged package before opening – preferably with pics of the
delivery person present if you are there to receive it.
2. photo evidence of package internal disturbance once the box is opened
3. photo evidence of the damaged interior packaging resulting from external visible damage to
the box
4. Photo evidence of the damaged goods
We encourage our customers to check items in the presence of the delivery driver before signing for
the delivery, if possible?

To return a damaged item, please fill out our Returns form. Items must be in their original
packaging. We will of course endeavour to replace the item for you. If the items is no longer
available, we will organise a refund once the Return Form has been approved.
Please pay for the postage and take a picture of the mailing label to prove the cost of return
postage. Once received back at our suppliers depot and inspected, a refund will be issued in due
course, including the cost of postage. If you are shipping an item over £50, we advise using a
shipping service that provides tracking, or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure we receive your
returned item.

Please note
Some products can be ‘antique reproductions’ and have been deliberately and professionally
distressed and aged for an authentic look. With this, comes imperfections and fading as part of the
design process. These are deliberate effects to the styling of the furniture.
Please also be wary that colours may vary slightly from the colour tones shown in the pictures
contained within our website

If you wish to cancel the order before it has arrived, we may not be able to stop it as it could have already left. In this situation you will need to  pay for the return delivery cost that we will organise. (Furniture is not help at our business address). Once the goods have been inspected for any signs of damage, then the refund will be paid.
